Once your listing is live, investors can post a proposal for your review, if you accept, both parties are connected.

(3) confirm your listing and it goes live (upgrade option are available to increase exposure of your listing)

(4) investor can view your listing, ask questions and post a business proposal for you to review

(5) if a proposal is accepted by you, both parties are connected to complete the transaction

Investors

If you are an investor seeking investment opportunities, sign up for a free account today. Once your membership is active, you can review listings, interest rate proposal and repayment terms by the borrower and make investment proposals to borrowers.

(3) ask the borrower questions via private message features, if you choose to invest, simply click on "post proposal" which is automatically sent to the borrower for review.

(4) if accepted, both parties are provided with their information to proceed.
